Job Description

Creative directors plan advertising, oversee the creative process and give guidance to the creative people that work under them. They approve all work created by their staff and often work directly with clients to present that work. Creative directors also follow the latest trends in design, advertising and marketing, help attract clients, and hire creative staff.
Job Requirement
  • Creative directors will invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
  • Advertising and marketing is ever-evolving, and good creative directors are able to analyze trends, look at new data and keep with the times.
  • Advertising campaigns have timelines, and creative directors will need to make decisions on final copy, final art, finished commercials and radio spot
  • Creative directors will meet with corporate heads and clients on a regular basis. Being a good communicator to all involved will help greatly.
  • Creative directors often have to keep many creatives on schedule, and manage their own time.
UI/UX designer & developer with a passion for creating amazing user experiences. You have an impeccable eye for clean and interesting design. You possess superior UI/UX skills and are able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and then transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Working as part of a digital agency, the strategist planner develops and presents strategic marketing recommendations for a range of clients. Reporting to a senior strategist, and multi-tasking over a number of projects, the role is a busy one, ensuring quality is never compromised.

Strategist planners are the foundation of any creative project, and provide the team with information gleaned from studying markets for relevant data. The ability to think beyond a project is also important, as strategist planners must establish where any plan will take a client. Closely following a brief, accuracy ensures a strategist planner knows both the client and the target market, inside out.

Graphic Designers interpret the brand and marketing needs of clients to drive sales/revenue and convey a certain message to consumers. Graphic designers can be found operating in almost all industries, such as advertising agencies, animation studios and publishers, usually using digital software to create visuals that will captivate or inspire a certain target audience.

  • Must understand the concept and promotion strategy in the process of graphic design work
  • Be able to determine the strategy in the design required as an effort to convey the message effectively and efficiently
  • Have the ability to identify, design, to finally choose the symbol or sign that fit the context
Account executive must have a good communication to discuss advertising needs. Working with account planners to device a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget include presenting campaign ideas and costing clients. Moreover, negotiating with clients and solving trouble. Then, Pitch to win new business.
